Not Satisfied With Your Product?

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 15 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from VUE Devices online store at https://vuedevices.com/

  • The product must be in its original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, documentation, and included items must be returned

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase including the order number must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

VUE Devices reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products altered or modified after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components

Defective or Damaged Products

Warranty Coverage

All VUE Devices products are covered under our standard warranty. Some products may carry extended warranty coverage.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days

Return Shipping

Unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
